WATCH: Activist pokes fun of President Duterte and his supporters in his ‘Iglesia ni Digong’ speech

Militant group leaders became more aggressive against President Rodrigo Duterte after the latter threatened to kick out the student activists of University of the Philippines (UP) and replace them with bright indigenous people in Mindanao.

In a press conference on Thursday, several militant groups expressed their anger against President Rodrigo Duterte, one even showed a photo of President Rodrigo Duterte’s face embedded to the body of Jesus Christ’s portrait.

“May lumalaganap po ngayong relihiyon sa ating bansa, eto po ang Iglesia ni Digong, kung saan ang Diyos amang makapangyarihan sa lahat ay ang Tatay Digong,” ANAKBAYAN Secretary General Einstein Recedes said in his speech.

Recedes even labeled Presidential Communications Assistant Secretary Mocha Uson, Justice Secretary Vitaliano Aguirre III, Communications Secretary Martin Andanar and Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque as the ‘false prophets who spread the doctrines’ of President Rodrigo Duterte.

He even called the supporters of Rodrigo Duterte as a ‘cult member’ who attacked anyone who criticized the President.

“Isang malaking kulto ang mga ka DDS (Duterte Diehard Supporter) natin, binabanatan ang sinumang susuway at tutuligsa sa makapangyarihang Tatay Digong,” Racedes said.

According to Racedes, Filipinos who knew how to think properly would not be deceived by the ‘Iglesia ni Digong’ and their another ‘walk out protest’ on February 23 would be successful.

“Sa mga kababayang Pilipino na nag iisip at hindi susunod basta basta sa isang Diyos diyosang diktador, lalaban tayo at mag wo-walk out tayo,” he said.

The militant leader said that the people must fight against President Rodrigo Duterte because of his ties to United States of America and disregarding the issue on West Philippine Sea.

He also mentioned the problem of increasing tuition fee, despite of the fact that President Rodrigo Duterte implemented the free tuition in all State Colleges and Universities (SUCs).

“Kasado na po ang malawakang protesta sa February 23, pangungunahan ng mga kabataan, kasama yung ating mga drivers, kasama ng ating mga guro na mababa parin ang sahod, kasama ang ating mga mangagawa na kontrakwal parin at maliit ang sahod at kasama ng ating mga magsasaka na wala paring sariling lupang binubungkal, yan po ang dahilan kung bakit mag po-protesta tayo,” Racedes said.

Racedes told the supporters of Rodrigo Duterte that their beloved President loves criminals, thieves, oligarchs.

“Hinihikayat natin ang sambayanang Pilipino, mag walk out, mag protesta  at patalsikin ang pasistang diktadura ng rehimeng US-Duterte,” the militant leader said before he ended his speech.

The speech of Racedes gained almost negative reactions from the netizens who were pissed by the ideologies of the militant groups.

“Serve the people ang t-shit nya. Tanong; sinong people ang sinisilbihan mo? Mga adik, kadamay, gabriela, ndf at iba pang front ng mga kaliwa?”  Edgar Castellano said after watching the video.

Even the Facebook page which uploaded the video received tremendous amount of negative reviews after the netizens mistook that the page is affiliated with the militant groups.

“Para po sa kaalaman ng lahat. Hindi po kami konektado sa ANAKBAYAN. Yung iba po ay inire rate ang page na ito ng 1 star dahil kami daw po ang ANAKBAYAN. Mali po, ibinahagi lang po namin ang video na ito para malaman nyo. Salamat po!” one of the admins of the Facebook page said in their post.
